Our Training
Our training combines pad work and heavy bag training with an intensive fitness program. Each session includes cardio exercises and pad work with a training partner. Beginners are gently introduced to all techniques. Safety is always the top priority! The Muay Thai fitness training for women is non-contact. There is no sparring.
Muay Thai Fitness enhances your health and fitness. You’ll build muscle, improve your endurance, and increase your flexibility. This is our team.
Location
Our gym is not visible from the outside and no other training takes place at the same time.
Equipment
Rental equipment is available for trial participants. If you want to train with us regularly, you will need boxing gloves (12-14oz), boxing bandages, shin guards and a mouthguard.
